Comment:  Haven’t been there after the new pledge class showed up, but until now the guys have been cute, down to earth and probably the most respectful frat guys on the row. main reason why they exchange with upper mid/top sororities from time to time. Definitely top of mid, could’ve been even higher but they don’t try as hard.
