Comment:  I’m a pnm and looked at almost every fraternity on campus. All of them were pretty mid or below. Only at Theta xi did they have one of the biggest parties I have ever seen. Walked in and instantly got a hard on. Shirtless dudes and at least 12 chicks there. They were running fortnite on the big screen and even had a beer bong there! Guys were all genuine and one even took me to a invite only event in his bedroom with 12 other actives. Can’t say what went down there.
