Comment:  A phi is full of a bunch of spray tanned air heads who are exclusive solely based on how much alcohol you can put in your body without getting poisoned and/or sent to the hospital; also they were the second worst recruiting chapter last year (just barely above AGD) because they treated PNMs horribly through recruitment.
