Comment:  It actually bears repeating: Delta Tau Delta is on a downward spiral. A once sorta above average house has bottomed out. It's not even top frat in grades anymore. If it weren't for campus involvement, the Delts would have no status what-so-ever. And it looks like their recruitment efforts continue to suck.
