Comment:  people in the sorority are nice but the alumnae need to take a step back sometimes. very controlling and don’t take a lot of feedback from the current members. they also struggle a lot with planning activities for members, one of the reasons i had to resign. if you join pi phi you might not get your money’s worth after the first term you’re in. definitely need some more organization and to choose members more carefully to avoid drama within the sorority. it would also make a huge difference if the alumnae advisors were chosen & voted on by the girls in the chapter
