Comment:  Back in the day Pi Phi was in the top three with Tri Delt and Chi O. Then it was KD and ADPi and then Alpha Chi and on down. Pi Phi was known as the laid back, fun, friendly party house and very popular. But houses change over time and they’ve moved down in tiers and that’s ok. They’re still super fun and laid back and no really worries about rankings.
