Comment:  They are the most diverse group on campus and are SMART AND CLASSY! One of the only sororities at Loyola that doesn't recruit by social media, money or even looking at girls pictures. Kappa has the highest retention rate (90% average) during recruitment with girls selecting Kappa as their number 1 all rounds. Kappa and Chi O are the hardest to get into and they take your character and passions very seriously. They both are known to make major cuts and bring back their favorite girls because they don't have to worry about meeting quotas. Kappas are super sweet, most are involved in multiple orgs, part of honors or have part time jobs and internships. They have a positive presence on campus! Most importantly they are the ONLYYYY sorority that dedicates their time not just their money!!!!
