Comment:  Ok so theta is top tier along with the other old row (kappa, phi mu, adpi and chi o) but these girls have a baaaad reputation among the top tier fraternities and all the other sororities. No one else wants to hang out with them bc they’re so bland. Would recommend one of the other old row options over theta - their last couple of pledge classes have been rough and they had to snap :/
