Comment:  A friend told me to come check out some reviews on here so here I am; There are some great houses, some good houses, some not so good houses at A.S.U.; Sig Kap is a bottom tier house; That isn't meant to be mean, it just is what it is; It is frustrating that they come on here and self rate and then say all the negative nelly reviews are just one person lying; Like what about maybe stepping back and pondering if maybe, just maybe any of it could be true; But the denial and excuses actually aren't doing them any favors because they are just proving the negative nellies point; So I don't know but in real time today, they are considered by others a bottom tier house: That's great they don't view themselves that way but they don't get to speak for me or say I am either dumb or jealous or lying for having my viewpoint;
