Comment:  I do have to say, their brotherhood is really strong and they really know how to have fun without girls/large parties. The guys here are super nice. The houses are disgusting and infested with roaches/grime/mold/anything. Only a few people that live there are willing to try and maintain a sanitary level of cleanliness. The few girls that come over are girlfriends of brothers and unfortunately the majority of the brothers don't know how to talk with girls.
