Comment:  This chapter carries themselves with confidence. I know a Kappa Delta when I see one. They are outwardly friendly and love to have a good time. All these comments say they are cliquey, but most everyone has a friend group of some sort. At the end of the day, friend group or not they join together easily and know how to have a good time.
