Comment:  Phi Tau recolonized last year and thank goodness - we need another fraternity on campus. They got a lot of townies and seem to have a good little group going. The two founders seem to be really intelligent, fun nice guys. I think they'll do really well participating in rush this spring. All the sororities are excited about them.
