Comment:  Phi Kap has some really cool guys but honestly they just rush all the other fraternities sloppy seconds. They are much like phi Delt in the respects that they take just about anyone. Nice people but not the most popular and it’s pretty apparent that half of their brothers don’t like each other. They’ve had multiple disaffiliations in the last year or two
