Comment:  totally honest review of kappa: had the 2nd best pc after aphi during rush this year. downgraded to a smaller house but I actually walked by it the other day and its cute and good location to campus...still not as good as their old house tho. girls don't party as much as dg/aphi. started to distance themselves from theta and be more on par with top 2 houses (but they aren't there yet). there's some knockout beauty queens but for the most part just cute. Idk if "wifey material" is what I would describe them as but maybe "gf material?"
