Comment:  The fact that Delta Sig is the last social fraternity on campus means that the traditional "frat" experience depends on the members. As a relatively small fraternity, anyone can leave a mark that will survive after their 4 years of college, if that's what they're looking for. For rising sophomores, they offer some of the best housing opportunity with their house, capable of housing 3 members and a house manager. The party scene is pretty good, but depends on their social chair and facilities; you'll usually have a good time, though. On the inside, the fraternity offers a pretty flexible group of guys, depending on how well you click with them. Some members only spending time with the frat, while others spend more time hanging out with outside friends, coming back to the group whenever they feel like it or at events.
