Comment:  As a member of this house I can tell you for a fact that sigma is not what it used to be. There are so many issues that it’s not even worth explaining on this site. The main thing that you need to know is that the chapter does not care about its members, especially new members, and only wants people to join for money. There is no real sisterhood, and I have not felt welcome. It’s cliquey, just like high school. If you don’t make your friends in the first month, then good luck having a “group” in this chapter. They treat you terribly and your own “friends” will turn on you. I should have gotten out a long time ago, hopefully you don’t waste your time in college like I did.
