Comment:  fairly new, so obviously not top tier, but could be on the rise. no doubt that there are still a few weird girls from earlier PCs, but the new PCs just keep getting better and better from what i can tell. most girls are very fun and pretty and i see them out all the time. keep it up pi phi!
