Comment:  Pi Phi has a rep for being for stoners, which I can't really deny. They're average/slightly above average looks wise, with a nice mix of races and hair colors. They tend to get "top sorority" billing, but I never see the reason why. They're not very visible, or popular, or anything. They've had a lot of girls dissifiliate in years past. I don't have a lot to say about them despite knowing a good amount of them, they're just not really into sisterhood as a whole.
