Comment:  Had one of the steepest falls of all the frats at USF. Used to have a house in Greek village but now they live in a couple apartments in the retreat without any letters outside and an awkwardly placed frat bench that looks really stupid. They’re overshadowed by the actual frat houses inside of the retreat and it’s taken a toll on their recruiting and have gotten very few, and very weird dudes. Sorority relations are weak and they’re going into the fall ‘21 semester with a lot of recovery needed to be done.
