Comment:  Theta has always been a top tier top 5 house at FSU for like ever. Very consistent with their pledge classes. Never number 1 but never not in top 5. Have a great group of party girls, sweet girls, hot chicks and baggers. Every house has baggers that they had during rush. Great solid house to pledge.
