Comment:  only issue with phi delt in the past was they seemed more interested in brotherhood than throwing consistent parties. this semester, they have been packing their house every weekend. only underrated because they actually try to be discrete and don't talk about the frat a lot. new pc also helps - really ambitious group of boys.
