Comment:  This sorority as a whole has incredible values, however don't join eta rho if you want any hand in the leadership aspect of it all. The advisors play blatant favoritism, and their favorites on exec throw everyone on their team under the bus if they forget to do something. It's incredibly cliquey despite everyone being grown ass adults. Eta Rho has a really jacked up Big/Lil system that is 100% random so chances are you'll get a big that you have nothing in common with and they will never talk to you! (Ain't that great). Gamma Phi truly is an amazing organization, but the blatant favoritism and shadiness given by those "nominated" into leading positions is utter bs.
