Comment:  Kappa is consistently the best srat on campus. Really fun friendly and social girls who are involved on campus. They seem to have a strong sisterhood and love their srat. their PC 20 is pretty universally well liked. Always fun to hang with kappas and I look forward to seeing more of them next year
