Comment:  they pull top shelf to their parties and that's what makes the other guys on this site rank them lower. when you are on top the others always want to just pull you down. it's true that others may self rank, but their 2020/2021 class is super hot and god dudes. i never feel like i am going to get preyed upon at their parties. they keep everyone in line and take good care of their female guests. top house - respectful and all around class act.
