Comment:  Thanks to whoever posted this first. It's pretty accurate and worth repeating: I don't think Phi Psi is lower tier so let's put it in the mid tier. The guys have a really, nice house but so does Beta, DU, Sig Nu, Acacia, and Delt. But closer than Acacia, Beta, Sig Nu and some others. Don’t fall for this rush trap. Members are a bit uninvolved and there are more consistent houses/rush options.
