Comment:  The truth is that all the posts below are self ranks. This is a lower middle tier fraternity with less than 30 brothers remaining once the seniors graduate. Their ties are mediocre and their parties were generally weak. They are not the worst, but all they have is their house. Otherwise they’d be below Du or less. No need to rush this one. They’re barely rising and next semester could go really badly or really well depending on what they do.
