Comment:  DChi needs to get a house that actually belongs to it and then maybe it might have a chance to be the dream guys of GPhi, TriDelt, and DG (or any other sorority for that matter). And like a few other fraternities, it's just too new on campus and lacking of a significant historical presence to be considered prominent and maybe attain top-tier status. But right now, definitely not top tier and the talk of the campus!
