Comment:  A big drawback for DKE's is that it has no significant and prominent history at Mizzou like Beta, Phi Psi, DU, Phi Delt, Sig Nu, Fiji, etc. Having to lease/rent a house with no indication of a permanent facility is definitely a handicap that will keep this frat struggling for stability and success. There are some nice guys, yes, but success depends on more than just a handful of nice guys.
