Comment:  So here’s a little inside scoop... these guys had to refinance their brand new house in Tim-buc-tu because they don’t own the house outright and still owe a HUGE note on it. On top of that more than half of their actives went inactive and they haven’t had a double digit pledge class in the past 5 years, it’s a tuff scene but this fraternity will be dead and gone before we all graduate... must be a hard life being the worst frat on campus, someone’s gotta do it tho I guess
