Comment:  Theta Chi has been improving each year for the past couple years. They got the best pledge class out of any of the fraternities this year and are making strides to be one of if not the top fraternity on campus. The only thing they are lacking is parties but they still party safer than any of fraternity and once the pandemic is done it will come back in full force.
