Comment:  On COBing: other houses may choose to offer another girl a bid if they have someone graduate early or transfer. Most of the time it is a girl that they really want and would have taken during rush if they could have. Alpha Phi COBs multiple girls to fill beds in their house. They're not choosy or selective about the girls they give bids to. That causes the ones they rushed that thought they were a great house to drop out.
