Comment:  First of all they are gender inclusive and a really tight niche. They seem to cultivate a real supportive environment for Penn's hectic and demanding workload and I guess since they are on the smaller size scale of Greek life there are more oportunuties to experience leadership positions and probably create new paths and marks in the Society. They seems to have all the positive stuff of Greek life without all the uck.
