Comment:  In regards to the rank below, a quick google search would answer your question. Phi Beta Sigma is a historically African American Greek letter fraternity. I don't typically see them too commonly around campus, but when I do they are always sharp dressed and represent their Fraternity well. They aren't too involved with Greek Life on Campus from what I have seen, but if they did they would definitely become more popular. Overall good group of guys.
