Comment:  Delta Gamma has the reputation of thinking they are better than everyone else. Of course, this is not true of all of its’ members as many of the women are nice and level-head. However, they insist on recruiting anyone and everyone which has resulted in many members who do not represent their values. These members are more well known throughout the community which is why they have garnered a negative reputation. They also have an extremely low member retention, an incomplete sisterhood, and there is an evident hierarchical structure. Delta Gamma can live up to their motto and Do Good; this chapter just needs to select members that represent them more positively.
