The Phoenix article that was written was unaware of the fact that the chapter has created a Diversity & Inclusion committee that meets weekly to address any issues and take the steps needed to resolve the matter. It is unfortunate that their rep is tarnished by an article written without factual context. This chapter has some of the most inspirational womxn you can meet, and an even better support system.
