Comment:  They play favorites with the newest girls in each pledge classes. Members are really involved in the girls that they deem as popular and then everybody else is left in the dark. The newest pledge class barely knows each other and nobody has Pi phi pride. The newest pledge class barely knows one another and almost every single person on exec has considered dropping at some point because it’s like barely being in a sorority since no one is involved or wears their letters
