Comment:  Removing all of your old negatives reviews and keeping only good reviews won't help you with recruitment. That said they may have potential, but people should be aware that it will take years for this house to build a new reputation. Being a founding member (or a refounding member in this case) is difficult and it could be long past graduation that you see the fruits of your labor
