Comment:  ChiO is full of a bunch of bland boring girls who have nothing better to do than down rank other houses. Even though the ranks are super messed up right now, they still don't deserve to be this high. The racism scandal brought them down, but now all of their petty drama with KKG has brought them down even more. Sucks since they used to be a pretty good house...
