Comment:  no. just no. I'm sorry but they're not a great group of girls. they're super catty and have a real inferiority complex about the top tier. I have overheard sisters on multiple occasions bashing DG and APhi and it's so unpanhellenic. They need to worry more about their own chapter's image and less about how to take down the top tier.
