Comment:  Theta is a good house. Not for any social reason whatsoever, but it's a nice house. If you're looking for friends, academic opportunities, a pretty house, and very, VERY low social commitment, this is the house for you. They really only mix with DU and mid/upper mid frats so mixer attendance is poor, so this is a good house to be in if you want the sorority experience without a lot of the misogyny that comes with it
