Comment:  Phi Tau has been around for a while. The old blue chip has lost some of its shine but they are a serious organization and their alumni make sure they get what they need. The house is kinda run down but you can tell at one time it was really nice. The rooms are tiny and really ackwardly laid out. Overall the guys are ok.
