Comment:  Theta Chi has steadily been making a name for themselves. While they are def middle tier currently, their last couple of pledge classes have been top tier. They’ve started to mix with well known fraternities so that’s a good sign. They are 100% known for their looks but some of them are simps. Middle tier and rising imo.
