Comment:  Definitely a fraternity that’s on the rise. As older reviews have mentioned, Sammy has been known to be nerdy in the past but they have been working very hard to replace that image. With one of nicest houses on campus, Sammy is definitely a fraternity with a lot of potential. I could see them being upper-mid tier very soon if they continue cycling good pledge classes.
