Comment:  Honestly, there are a mix of girls in this house. Some of them are kinda mid tier and antisocial, but the ones that are fun and hot are great to have over. My frat (lower top/upper mid) is a fan of the 24 pc and the few times we’ve had them over have been solid- some of the older girls are a different story though. I think this house is gonna be top within a few pledge classes and that’s why there are negative reviews coming in from threatened and falling houses. Pi Phi is not a typical sorority- not every girl is white and blonde, and they seem to actually hang out with each other.
