Comment:  Theta Chi is a smaller frat just starting out. I had some fun times there but it doesn’t feel like it’s a frat to me, it’s more of a house party with guys just trying to get by. but the guys there were nice, just not huge on frat compared to the rest of the fraternities on campus.
