Comment:  Alpha phi is really new, so they don’t really have a solid reputation yet. They seem like a big mix of girls: some are smart, some are party animals, some are nice, some aren’t so nice. Right now they are definitely bottom tier. Unlike what a lot of others have said, I’m not sure that’s likely to change in the next few years. They give out a bid to pretty much anyone
