Comment:  Phi Delt is my favorite place to go on the weekends!! Parties aren’t as fun in the fall because of football but it’s a nice place to hang out regardless. But in the spring, they open on weekends and it’s always a good time. The brothers are so respectful to women and very welcoming. Last semester, the other fraternities would come in and set off the fire alarm during Phi Delt’s parties cuz they were mad that everyone was at Phi Delt instead of at their houses- pathetic🤣
