Comment:  The facts are that these guys are a little nice and friendly, but behind the scenes they are weird and awkward. They have a dirty lettered house and have practically no relations. No sororities besides maybe sigkap mix with them. Their presence on campus is low and they like to play out on the street but it doesn’t look great. The brotherhood is good though. This is like a 2/5 frat.
