Comment:  Here goes. My 100% unfiltered honest opinion of this house. The building itself is in great shape- good interior and upkeep. They throw parties that attract sororities that would normally be out of their league (mid-high mid). The guys? Okay. Not the most appealing group, to be completely honest- they’re all decent but there’s always one thing wrong with each one. Usually it’s visual, sometimes it’s a personality thing. Low mid tier house.
