Comment:  Dare I say it, Phi Mu has moved from bottom to mid tier. A large part of this has to do with so many other sororities getting into drama and scandals while PM has kept their hands clean. I also heard from some of my friends that rushed this year that they did pretty well with recruitment and got some great girls. So in my book, and many other students’, they are mid tier now.
